A well-established commercial and residential supplier of natural stone tiles internationally are currently seeking an outstanding Sales Administration professional to join their expanding team.


_ Key Areas of responsibility_

  • Providing efficient and effective customer service and support to the clients and sales team, while undertaking a diverse range of administrative activities
  • Managing project supply through the utilisation of our business management software.
  • Generating and processing quotations, sales orders, and Tax Invoices.
  • Liaising with internal and external service providers and suppliers to coordinate product supply.
  • Administer and maintain office systems, and CRM database.
  • Handling and reconciling accounts receivable and payable enquiries.
  • General office and administration duties and any ad hoc duties as directed by the Manager

_Your Skills_

  • High level administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good rapport with current and potential clients
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise workload, multitask and manage competing demands and shifty priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
  • Desire to demonstrate initiative and achieve excellence in your role
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
