The Position:

• Fast paced and diverse role
• Liaise with customers & field technicians
• Customer Relationship Database maintenance
• Preparing standardised quotes 
• General sales administration duties, including report analysis
• Based in Hervey Bay, Queensland

About You:

You will be a quick learner and have a high level of attention to detail. 

Ideally you will also have:

• Previous experience within an administration position, preferably in a trades based environment
• Ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office suite
• A team approach yet able to work autonomously 
• A desire to learn
• Experience with Pronto preferred but not essential
