Working as part of the HR Team, you will understand and manage end to end resourcing of our engineering, construction, health & safety and trade roles for our growing team.

  • Your responsibilities will include:_
  • Partner with Project and Hiring Managers to determine resourcing priorities for the region or project
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, JV partners and internal functions
  • Draft and post online advertisements using Workday, Broadbean and Career website and social media
  • Collaborating with the broader Project HR and Administration teams to effectively manage the onboarding of new employees.
  • Creating and maintaining a systemised talent pool within a ATS system and LinkedIn
  • What you will bring to the team:_
  • You will have experience working in a high volume internal recruitment role, construction and engineering industries is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience working with hiring managers to understand role requirements to draft position descriptions and write job advertisements.
  • Strong communication, criticalthinking and collaboration skills
  • Experience using Workday is highly regarded
  • You may be required to travel to site from time to time based on project need
