UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. We are seeking Functional Consultant - Finance who has significant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The job will be on-site at our office with travel to client locations, and this is a full-time position.

Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP ("D365") project life cycle including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
  • Conduct client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the D365 solution. Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project.
  • Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365. Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Configure D365 for Procurement, Order Management, Inventory
  • Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities.
  • Do field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
  • Perform testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool.
  • Conduct training for D365 and associated systems to clients.
  • Provide prego live and post go live support to clients.
  • Write 12 D365 functional blogs articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Accountancy and Finance
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3 with at least 2 years of experience of implementing the cloudbased version of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Should be work authorized in Australia (Australian citizen or Permanent Resident)
