Your Contribution
Based at our Australian headquarters in Macquarie Park, you will strategically manage relationships with Developers, Designers, Architects, Builders, and ABDs (Authorised Builder Distributors) in the wider Sydney metropolitan area, delivering a cohesive, brand-aligned F&P experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging with these professionals, networking at events, and fostering collaborations.
This is not your typical Business Development Manager role; you must possess charisma, articulate communication skills, and a polished presentation style. Your engagement must be tailored, whether conversing with builders on construction sites or holding sophisticated discussions with designers, architects, and upscale clientele. Your genuine enthusiasm for our brand should establish immediate rapport and credibility in our offerings. Moreover, familiarity with Developers, Builders, and ABDs and their impact in New South Wales would be advantageous.
You will stay abreast of industry changes, commercial trends, consumer demands, and competitors' initiatives, crafting strategies that drive sales growth and enhance market presence.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in securing commercial partnerships in the regional builder segment
- Experience in collaborating with multi-residential developers and home builders is beneficial
- Ability to identify key stakeholders and customize your pitch to forge new business alliances
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with a strong business-oriented mindset
- Results-driven approach to establishing new ventures and adding value to existing clients
- Proficiency in fostering key relationships, building camaraderie within the builder community, and engaging authentically
- In-depth comprehension of the factors essential for driving profitable growth and delivering a top-tier end-to-end customer journey
