About the Role

Fisher & Paykel Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Builder Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with developers, designers, architects, builders, and ABDs in the Sydney metro area.

As a Builder Development Manager, you will be the face of our brand, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and deliver a seamless brand-aligned experience. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to drive commercial sales, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, designers, architects, builders, and ABDs in the Sydney metro area
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive commercial sales
  • Deliver a seamless brand-aligned experience to our customers
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in the market, commercial best practices, and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share
Requirements
  • Proven track record of building strong commercial relationships
  • Ability to listen and address customer requirements
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of the levers that drive customer behavior
