Your role
***Reporting into the Senior Director and working closely with the Customer Support team in the US, your role will involve:
  • Supporting the Sales Team with booking appointments
  • Diary Management
  • Liaising with potential customers to book software demonstrations
  • Coordinating client training sessions
  • Invoicing and accounts preparation
  • Assist with arranging conferences
  • Market research
  • Manage leads funnel through SalesForce
  • Report generation as required using MS Office Suite and SalesForce
  • General Administration duties

Your Profile
***You will work well as part of a small team and have excellent both written and verbal communication skills. You will be solutions focused and enjoy the interaction with both potential clients and existing clients. You will have a natural ability to work well with deadlines and with urgency as the business builds and grows.

You will be tech savvy and if you have used SalesForce in the past, this will be highly advantageous. You will be confident and able to communicate well with all levels of management - both internally and externally.


You will enjoy taking ownership of your role and providing support to both the sales team, Directors as well as clients.


You will be able to demonstrate a strong background in a similar role and be driven by core values of excellence, dedication respect along with the abiility to work in an ever changing, agile and growth centric business.
