**About the Opportunity**

A fresh opportunity has become available to join our Taringa and/OR Bulimba team as a part-time Float Attendant. This role will suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that the customer services needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
- Identify in-centre and customer sales opportunities to meet monthly KPIs.
- Ensure facility remains clean and well presented at all times.
- Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients.
- Make sure all Infrared Sauna Rooms are clean and prepared for the next client.
- Herbal Tea/Water service.
- Washing teacups and glasses.
- Folding and restocking towels.
- Merchandising and inventory.
- Administration and diary management.
- Complete water chemistry test and treat effectively.
- Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.

We are a busy Centre, and open until 9:00pm 7 days per week so the ability to work the evenings is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 26 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $50.00 per hour
