We are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team based in Sydney. This role will see you responsible for delivering an excellent experience to our customers and clients whereby you will work collaboratively with your Sedgwick colleagues to deliver services within relevant SLAs.

Your responsibilities will include:
Management and daily oversight of the Sydney office environment Management of archiving for the office environment End to end management of office functions and events including catering Onboarding for new starters including passes/office environment/supplies Oversight of storing, destroying and reallocation of hardware following colleague departures Establish relationships with the building managers, office suppliers, subcontractors to ensure deliveries and works are scheduled and completed. Management of electronic cab charges Point of contact for IT related enquiries for the Sydney office Manage office and car park access passes including updating register Point of contact for all office related enquires and issues for Sydney office Management of environment social governance commitmentsIdeally you will possess:
  • Previous Office management experienceDemonstrates passion for exceptional customer service by active listening, asking appropriate questions, articulately sharing relevant information, correctly recording customer information and proactively keeping in contact with the customer
