Job Description:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and well organised Marketing and Team assistant with at least 1-2-year experience to join our high performing and market leading Residential team.

In this fast-paced role, you will be based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom.

You will assist with corporate marketing and social media communication strategies and provide daily administrative support to the operators and directors to ensure the ongoing profitability of the company.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and maintain the business' online communications, including maintaining of marketing schedule as well as creation and writing of targeted content for Colliers Residential websites and social media platforms
  • Assist and/or manage marketing campaigns and proposals including coordination of resales activities
  • Work with Operators to tight deadlines to deliver accurate, quality proposals and tender responses
  • Assist Office Manager in ad hoc tasks that aid business operations
  • Invoicing and processing supplier payments
  • Be the back up to our Front of House when required
  • Assist in the maintaining of filing and data entry
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • At least 12 years' experience in Marketing and/or Administrative and Team support
  • Ability to work in faced paced, highstakes environment
  • Ability to prioritise, deal with several matters and work to strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Indesign, Canva and Photoshop
  • Common sense approach to problem solving
