We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Program Director who is passionate about driving transformation and excels in navigating the intricate landscape of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF). If you are a supportive senior leader with a keen eye for ensuring seamless operations and have compliance ingrained in your DNA, then our AML First program is the perfect fit for you. Reporting directly to our Chief Risk Officer, in this senior role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a significant Compliance transformation initiative - the AML First program of work.

  • Lead the delivery of multiple workstreams and collaborate closely with top-tier stakeholders
  • Manage program schedules, inter-dependencies, resources, and budgets
  • Execute the Remedial Action Plan while aligning strategic goals with regulatory obligations

About You

With a proven track record in leadership within Compliance and Risk, you have honed your expertise in AML/CTF transformation program delivery, risk management, regulations, and compliance frameworks. Your adeptness at translating complex regulations into actionable strategies sets you apart. Your exceptional communication and influencing skills, particularly with Executives and the CEO, make you a standout professional.

You thrive as a problem-solver in high-pressure environments and possess top-notch project management abilities. By spearheading large-scale changes, you ensure that our Group not just meets but surpasses regulatory compliance standards, transforming our financial crime capabilities.

Collaborate with industry experts, from the Chief Compliance Officer to GM Financial Crime Operations, and broaden your professional network with external partners and regulators.
