Joining us with a strong background in AML/CTF you'll drive the delivery of multiple workstreams and partner closely with high-level stakeholders to oversee the program schedules, program inter-dependencies, resources, and budgets.

You'll also be responsible for carrying out the Remedial Action Plan whilst ensuring our strategic goals are in harmony with our regulatory commitments and obligations.

About youWith proven leadership experiencewithin the world of Compliance and Risk under your belt, you've mastered the art of AML/CTF transformation program delivery, risk management principles, regulations, and compliance frameworks.

That's right, you know a thing or two about this and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into a high-priority strategic program of work, where collaboration, and team culture are at the forefront of all that you do.

You're a strategic thinker who can turn complex regulations into actionable plans.

Your ability to communicate and influence at all levels – especially at with Executives and the CEO - makes you stand out from the crowd.

You recognise yourself as a problem-solver who operates calmly in a high-pressure environment, and your project management skills are as sharp as they comeYou'll be at the forefront of large-scale change, ensuring our Group not only meets but exceeds regulatory compliance, transforming our financial crime capabilities.
