About Madame Tussauds

Madame Tussauds Sydney is an interactive experience that allows guests to get up close and personal with the world's most famous celebrities and stars. Founded in London and with over 250 years of history, Madame Tussauds is a must-visit Sydney attraction where guests can join the Justice League and Save the World, dance with MJ, and strut the catwalk.

About the Role

  • Manage the daily operation of the attraction to ensure the presentation of the attraction, including figures, is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Ensure the team delivers an exceptional guest experience through leadership, coaching, and development.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maximize promotional opportunities.
  • Oversee rostering and performance of Studios Team
  • Manage the Studios department, ensuring that the figures and attraction are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Involvement and collaboration with marketing, public relations, operations, events, and trade teams.
