About the Role

The Studio Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the photo studio, ensuring all equipment is functional and well-maintained. This includes coordinating scheduling and bookings for use of the studio space, photographers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the studio budget and ensure all expenses are within budget.
  • Casting models for all three brands, including agency negotiation.
  • Manage inventory of photography equipment, props, and supplies, reordering as necessary and within budget.
  • Create and maintain a safe and organized working environment within the studio.
  • Work closely with photographers, stylists, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination during photoshoots.
  • Provide guidance and support to the photography team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to integrate visual content into various campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on all visual content to maintain high standards of photography and editing.
  • Review and approve final images before they are used for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to studio operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and client relationships.
  • Keep detailed records of photoshoots, equipment usage, budgets, and studio bookings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a photo studio setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Knowledge of current photography trends and techniques.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their visual requirements.
  • Experience in e-commerce and retail photography.
  • Previous experience in content production for online platforms.
