This newly created role of Regional Employer Engagement Manager will lead a small team of Employer Engagement Managersand manage both internal and external employer relationships, determine strategic priorities and identify and develop pre-employment programs to support our clients into good work.
This is a great opportunity to truly help shape how organisations can employ people with disadvantage, disability, injury or health condition. You will have the opportunity to work with employers around their diversity strategies and how to build that into their recruitment practices.
