Regional HR Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support, guidance, and services to the business region to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Support the business in relation to performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions, and transitions, as well as day-to-day human resource management.
  • Support employee relations and industrial relations, including policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and complaint management.
  • Negotiate, bargain, and represent the company as the lead negotiator.
  • Develop engagement and retention strategies.
  • Partner with the business on a range of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Foster an engaged, committed, and customer-centric workforce, where staff embrace change, are flexible, and agile in their work.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a Blue Collar HR Manager role, with experience in change management and project management. This role will suit someone who is looking for a new challenge or to step up to be a true all-round Regional HR Manager, passionate about engagement, culture, and all aspects of the talent lifecycle, while delivering change and cultural improvement.
