Communication Advisor - Digital Transformation Program

_ About the position_
The Communications Advisor - Digital Transformation Program (DTP) is crucial in the successful implementation of our Digital Transformation Program.

This role supports the Communications Lead to deliver effective engagement and communication strategies for the program.

_ The roles will be full-time fixed term for 2 years._

_ About you_


You are a dynamic and forward-thinking professional, with a passion for supporting people through a digital transformation and also highly effective in communication that allows the strategy to come to life.


The role will work with the Change Lead for digital transformation initiatives to facilitate change management and create effective communication strategies to ensure successful transitions to new ways of working while maintaining our brand.

You will provide hands on support and guidance to the project while fostering a team culture of professional excellence.
