Ripley Valley has three strong and vibrant histories; Indigenous, Farming and Mining. Each of these has been represented in the school uniform and logo.

Your opportunity:
As Administration Officer, you will contribute to the effective and efficient administration of Ripley Valley State School. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and demonstrate effective communication skills. You will have experience working within the Oneschool platform and have good knowledge of department policies and procedures.
About the Role:
As the Administrative Officer your responsibilities include:
- Autonomy to perform a variety of day to day administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal or the Business Manager.
- One School experience
- Display strong relationship and team skills.
- Strong finance knowledge is desirable with a focus on Accounts Receivables including management of excursions and payments from families
- Knowledge of department Policies and Procedures and there implementation
- Event management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Administration team to provide support
Mandatory Requirements:
- When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
