About the role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator who possesses comprehensive administration skills.

The primary responsibilities of this role include adhering to established processes, providing efficient administration support to the team, which involves identifying critical dates and leasing events in a timely manner, maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate records of leasing-related services and activities, and assisting in managing the leasing database.


The Lease Administrator is responsible for managing all documentation related to the start-and-end of lease process, including exercising options, renewals, and processing terminations.

Exceptional analytical skills are necessary to interpret data and input it into the Business Portfolio Summary.

Duties

  • Comply with all work, health and safety policies and procedures, and taking reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of employees, contractors and visitors who may be affected by your conduct.
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Facilitate lease reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records on leasing related services and activities and provide accurate reports and follow set procedures and processes.
  • Assist with the management of the leasing database ensuring all critical data is accurately recorded and maintained.
