Job Description:
  • This is a great chance to join our growing team as a Property Finance Analyst. You'll be handling critical accounts payable and receivables tasks within the Asset Management team.
  • You'll be supporting the national property team by providing essential payments and accounts receivables support, including quality assurance checks of payment and charge batches. This will involve liaising with our property administration team based overseas, as well as Property Managers.
  • Moreover, you'll oversee all fixed outgoing payments and updates in Yardi. Tasks like Council Rates, Land Tax, and Head Lease rent reconciliations will also be done in Yardi and compared with JDE (our finance system) to ensure balances match up. You'll also help manage arrears, accruals, and other ad hoc duties.
Qualifications:
  • If you have a background in finance (AR, AP, accruals, prepayments, amortisation, etc.) with at least 2 years' experience in the property industry, especially in property leasing, this role is for you. We need someone to support the property team in general admin and accounts. We're looking for a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should show initiative, enthusiasm, and have a love for helping others. Attention to detail is a must, and you should be eager for a flexible and challenging opportunity that allows you to thrive and grow.
  • Our team is going through an exciting business transformation phase, introducing Reddy Express and integrating the OTR offering. This will open up many chances for you to contribute to best practice systems and procedures and really leave your mark.
