Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the role is responsible for the following:

  • Performing detailed routine data entry /clerical tasks such as OA (Chinese internal system) lodgement for the CS team;
  • Ordering regular office supplies and stationery on a regular basis; conducting a stock take and maintaining an accurate stock inventory record;
  • Manage office equipment and appliance maintenance and repairs;
  • Reception duties such as answering, recording, and distributing incoming calls messages, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and parcels;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments/teams as needed, such as temporary OA (China Internal System) submission, photocopying, faxing, and general communication;
  • Maintaining the office, boardroom/meeting rooms, and kitchen area's cleanliness and tidiness on a daily basis;
  • Support and assist the Office Manager in organizing company events and festival celebrations as required;
