Role Overview: As an E-commerce expert, you will manage our Shopify e-commerce store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing Shopify theme updates and configuring new apps and features
- Collaborating with social media managers and agency partners to develop engaging marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Creating and editing products on Shopify
- Presenting written and verbal reports on key performance metrics
- Writing SEO-optimized website copy and product descriptions
- Report to senior management on your strategies and successes
The Ideal Candidate: You are organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about E-Commerce conversions. You can work independently or as part of a team and are always developing your skills through self-development and self-education. Flexibility, adaptability, and strong time management skills are your key traits, with real attention to fine detail.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience with all aspects of Shopify Admin (theme editor, product CSV upload, sales channels, analytics, and apps)
- Proven track record of building or managing an E-Commerce business, focusing on driving sales and building customer loyalty
- Solid understanding of E-Commerce operations, including EDMs
- Proficiency in digital and social media marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and Klaviyo
Key Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for E-Commerce and building your skills base
