We are looking for a skilled and highly organized Sales Administrator to join our team in Chullora. In this vital support role, you will be in charge of ensuring customer needs are met by handling general sales administrative tasks that help the sales team achieve their goals.

What you will handle:
  • Address sales and customer service inquiries, offering precise information to clients
  • Ensure all customer queries are managed as per service standards
  • Provide general office and GM assistance, such as creating purchase orders for the NSW State Office/Chullora
  • Follow administrative protocols, complete sales-related paperwork and reports when needed
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers, providing guidance on meeting their requirements
What you need to succeed:
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales support admin or general office setting
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, including problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with SAP/Salesforce is highly advantageous
  • Capability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
