Digital Optimisation Manager | Bras N Things | Pyrmont


An exciting and integral opportunity has become available within our Bras N Things Ecommerce team for a Digital Optimisation Manager.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative team within a successful Australian Retailer.

Your new role at Bras N Things...

  • Identifying strategies to continually improve digital and online customer journey and user experience (CX) to drive sales
  • Continually hypothesize, test, and make recommendations that will drive changes to content, the way we present our products and our customer's online experience.
  • Use web analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement, developing strategies, webbased methodologies, and development plans
  • Use the concepts of A/B multivariate testing and personalisation to optimise onsite conversion rate
  • Play a pivotal role in harnessing BNT's Loyalty database and executing new strategies
  • Oversee paid media spend and digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Ensure all promotions are set up correctly and timely in the system and are tested successfully in the test environment before going live.
What experience you can bring to us?

  • Experience working within a similar capacity ideally within an Ecommerce business on the client side
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a small team
  • Experience with HTML and Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Essential
  • Ability to debug code and work with developers in optimising and executing functionality on websites
  • Strong excel skills required, and a willingness to work with large datasets.
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to handle multiple assignments/tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics to derive insights and drive content decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder Management skills and the ability to build strong business relationships with various departments
  • Proficiency in understanding and executing abstract and/or mathematical logic (promotions)
  • Understanding of SEO principles in relation to content management
