As a mid-weight Digital Designer, you would be working under the guidance of the Head of Digital.


We are after someone with experience in the digital design and advertising industry who has an open, inquisitive, and motivated mindset for learning new skills and technology.

A positive "can-do" attitude is a must with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Resizing static banners for digital marketing campaigns & retailer websites.
  • Create artwork for variety of social platforms.
  • Storyboard animated HTML banners, social posts, and digital displays.
  • Design EDM layouts.
  • Following client's style guide.
  • Video editing would be a plus.
  • Edit landing pages for both desktop & mobile layouts in Photoshop.
  • Optimise and supply digital artwork to specs. E.g dimension size, file size, file type.
  • Localising multiple digital assets.
  • Design and build PowerPoint presentations.
  • Managing digital assets for clients. e.g Uploading files to the server and creating preview & download links and managing the links on a excel spreadsheet.
  • Participate in brainstorm meetings and client brief meetings.

Required skills and experience.

  • Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Diploma of Design (Majoring in Graphic or Multimedia Design).
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience working in a creative design environment.
  • Portfolio of previous digital work from static banners, social, EDM and landing pages.
  • Any animation video and PowerPoint slide designs would be a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign etc).
  • Basic video editing and animation skills is also a plus (After Effects)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • High level attention to detail and the ability to produce and organise campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret client requests and offer the best design solution possible.
  • An enquiring mind and ability to ask the right questions.
  • Proven track record of multitasking, prioritisation, time management and meeting deadlines.
  • Be a selfstarter who takes a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Enjoy working in a team.
  • Enjoys working in the Technology and Entertainment industry.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
