The role:


The Health Portfolio Coordinator role sits in the Member Health team at Medibank and is responsible for supporting the coordination of initiatives across Member Health and the Health & Wellbeing (H&W) Crew and looking after the management of smaller projects related to strategic initiatives across Medibank's health experience.

Reporting to the Health Portfolio Lead, this
full time opportunity is responsible for delivering prioritised initiatives on time, on budget and with the agreed quality and scope,

Where you can add value

  • Administration of reporting (performance meeting, narrative reports, channels reports, health insights reports)
  • Managing the end to end project delivery of smaller initiatives
  • Supporting measurement and documentation of outcomes of initiatives
  • Maintaining the communication across key channels (Yammer, Frontline Comms for Channels, etc)
  • Represent Member Health across key business wide initiatives and requirements
  • Support the squads across the H&W Crew, in particular activity to support an increase in channels health confidence and Corporate & OSHC health and wellbeing

What can you bring?


You are passionate and curious about the health sector and will ideally have knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector.

You have basic project coordination experience and understanding of project management practices.


Strong planning and organisation skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills will see you succeed in this role.


You are also confident working with Microsoft Powerpoint and Teams and are comfortable working with stakeholders in different areas and across varying levels in the organisation.
