We appreciate our niche market means not many experienced Telco Team Leaders exist, however we are happy to invest our time in training you in our industry - you just need to have 2-3 years hand-on Civil experience.


Your Role:

  • Management the day to day works onsite;
  • Scheduling of Program Works;
  • Leading and overseeing the project workforce;
  • Subcontractor coordination and management;
  • Reviewing construction plans;
  • Site Safety leadership.

Your Experience:

  • At least 3 years' experience within the civil construction sector including earth works, concrete and formwork;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; Computer literacy skills;
  • The ability to manage projects on time and to budget.
