We are seeking a highly capable leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and coach the in-store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, and team rotas
  • Take ownership of the store in the absence of the store manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and maintain a strong retail floor presence, influencing sales and customer engagement
  • Train and develop the store team to become Pandora product experts
