  • Provide verbal and written information to people, primarily over the phone about our services and how to engage with the Royal Commissions
  • Ability to communicate with persons with complex needs
  • Supporting callers to participate in a traumainformed, culturally sensitive and accessible legal service

You will have:

  • Experience providing client services by telephone and by using a variety of electronic communication methods to vulnerable and/or distressed clients
  • You have a demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and verbally in a clear and succinct manner and you have the ability to explain information using language that is tailored to your audience
  • You have knowledge of, or have the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, Royal Commission processes and procedures, Australia's legal system, referral services available to clients and the social issues impacting people with disability and/or veterans.
