The Women's & Children's Health Network provides top-notch healthcare for women, babies, children, and young people throughout South Australia.

We are the leading provider of specialized care for children with acute and chronic conditions in the state, as well as the largest maternity and obstetric service in SA.


Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children, and young people, along with their families and communities across South Australia through diverse services and programs in areas like our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health, and Aboriginal Health services.

The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting chance to join the Women's and Babies team as a Divisional Administrator on a part-time ongoing basis


As a Divisional Administration Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-level confidential and comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and project support service that aids Divisional Management and enhances the efficient functioning of the Women's and Babies Division.


You will also provide administrative support to other members of the senior management team, divisional committees, and working parties as needed. Additionally, you might take on the role of a personal assistant to the Divisional Directors (Midwifery and Nursing, and Medical).



About You


To excel in this role, you must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and be a team player. You should have the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and use initiative to resolve issues while offering a high-level confidential administrative support service.
