Overview
The Women's & Children's Health Network offers advanced health care for women, babies, children, and young individuals throughout South Australia. It is a leading provider of specialized care for children with various conditions and the largest maternity service in SA.
Community-based services cater to hundreds of thousands of babies, children, and young people, along with their families and communities, delivering programs in Mental Health, Child & Family Health, Youth Health, and Aboriginal Health services.
Join the team to contribute to providing top-quality healthcare for South Australia's women, babies, children, and young people, whether within the hospital or through community services.
The Opportunity
Exciting chance to join the Women's and Babies team as a Divisional Administrator on a part-time ongoing basis.
As a Divisional Administration Officer, you will provide high-level secretarial, administrative, and project support to Divisional Management, ensuring the efficient operation of the Women's and Babies Division.
You will also offer administrative support to senior management and undertake responsibilities like personal assistant to Divisional Directors.
About You
For success in this role, you should work well independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively, providing top-notch administrative support.
Experience in data entry and proficiency in MS Office Suite applications are required.
