Diligent Tribe Community Care _provides direct support services to people living with disability and those requiring other support services within the community. We have participants of all ages, supported through a range different service models including in-home care, community access, camps. Support provided are helping clients with shopping, taking them out to client appointments, working on building their capacity in accordance to their NDIS goals. Most of our clients come for a Psycho social background.
