Reporting to the Strategic Pursuits Manager, the Bids and Proposals Partner is responsible for providing efficient and high calibre support for marketing and business development activities; driving proposals and managing the bid process for the Civil Infrastructure team, including developing an understanding of the business development needs and the opportunity pipeline.
What will a day in this role look like:
- Prepare and produce high level bid submissions.
- Review & edit proposals – including development/editing of graphics.
- Offer advice and support to local tenders and proposals.
- Maintenance and management of an accurate proposal database
- Follow company quality procedures and approval processes, performing self-checks on work before submission.

QualificationsWhat are we looking for from you?
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a Bid Management role
- Demonstrated ability to apply marketing theory and practice, backed by a degree-level qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- Effective in organising, processing, and presenting information.
- Proactive in meeting clients' expectations and requirements
