More about the role
You will be providing in-home and community support. This may be through personal care, domestic assistance, respite, community access, meal preparation etc.

Alongside this, having the responsibility for monitoring the client's progress, reporting any concerns or changes and documenting accurate and relevant information in their file.


What's required to do the role?

  • Previous experience as a support worker, Community Access, Meal preparation, Providing personal care.
  • Must be Farsi or Persian speaking.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain: Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Workers Check, First Aid Certificate
  • Valid Drivers License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
