About the Role

  • The Quality Coordinator coordinates, implements and works with the team managers and multidisciplinary teams across Singleton Health Service to enable Excellence in the Quality and Safety service systems, to maximise health outcomes in client care.
  • Responsible for the orientation and ongoing education of staff in matters relating to continuous quality improvement, along with participating in patient safety, quality education and delivery of services in accordance with the National Patient Safety and Quality Standards, Work Health &Safety Act and NSW Health Risk Management Frameworks.

Where you'll be working

  • This important position is part of the Nursing Executive Team at Singleton Health Services reporting directly to the HSM / DONM.
  • The role works across all departments and with all employees of the Service
  • Singleton is a picturesque riverside town in the Hunter Valley, with rolling vineyards and plenty of outdoor adventure opportunities.
  • Singleton is just over a 2 hour drive north of Sydney, and only an hour from Newcastle, with trains from Sydney stopping regularly.

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
