About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Construction and Warranty Coordinator to join our maintenance team in Sydney. This position is for someone who has excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.

  • Liaise with the construction Coordinator, Construction Manager and contractors/suppliers to ensure all electronic records are current and maintained.
  • Liaise with Site Managers and internal office staff regarding feedback from Site
Maintain efficient flow of warranty and final construction requirements and provide assistance to ensure project achieves handover.'

  • Ensure quality standards are met and maintained
  • Follow and adhere to WHS policies

  • Previous experience in the Customer service or administration in residential building.
