Assistant Foreman Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Foreman at IIQAF. As a key member of our construction team, you will work closely with the Foreman to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Foreman in planning and coordinating daily activities on the construction site, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the construction team, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Foreman to review project plans and blueprints, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints, with a strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
