$70,000 - $75,000 + commissions
- Monday to Saturday with a full week day off for Saturdays worked

**What will you be doing in this role**:

Working in a fast paced and well-oiled property management team this role will act as the key support person to ensure the smooth day to day running of all leasing activities across the Inner West.
- Conducting private and open for inspections
- Manage market feedback conversations with Landlords
- Managing keys, open packs, brochures and signboards
- Negotiating rents and tenancy terms with clients
- Preparation lease agreements and coordination of key hand over
- Managing general administration duties throughout the leasing process
- 6 months real estate experience
- A positive can do attitude and willingness to learn
- The desire to progress into sales or business development
- The ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Confident communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic and passion for real estate
- A current certificate of registration
- A reliable car and valid drivers licence
