a not-for-profit, professional peak body that represents all health and research professionals working in all fields of respiratory health.

They are a leading provider of evidence-based guidelines for the treatment of respiratory conditions in Australia and New Zealand. They provide industry research, professional education, training, and ongoing support to their members.

About the person


You will have previous administration experience and excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as be organised and have excellent time management skills.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administration support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Support the Board & Committee, organise the venue and online meetings and catering, set up agendas, take minutes and process actions
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks, monitor invoices, and raise purchase orders
  • Prepare & draft written content and update the website
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office functions & manage office supplies
  • Complete general administrative and ad hoc tasks

To be successful you will have:

  • The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a financial support function
  • Experience in a customer service or administration role
  • Previous experience in secretarial support
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and form good working relationships
  • A highlevel initiative and strong organisational skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Experience using MYOB or similar
