About the role:

_ In this role, you__ will_**:

  • Assist the development team in the conceptualization, pre-feasibility, and feasibility study stages for potential development projects.
  • Evaluate strategies and feasibility of land access options necessary for the progression of development projects.
  • Contribute to the development and design of landowner and community engagement programs.
  • Create and execute engagement activities with landowners and the community for new projects.
  • Oversee community consultations and feedback throughout the project development, including representation at community events.

_Ideally, you'll bring to the role: _

  • The highest degree of integrity, compassion and honesty.
  • Experience in a comparable position, preferably within the fields of mining, construction, or energy projects.
  • Proven capability to foster positive relationships with a diverse array of individuals and grassroots organizations, particularly in rural and regional areas.
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing community and stakeholder engagement in significant infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity and experience working within the IAP2 public engagement framework


This role necessitates a comprehensive grasp of the interplay between the technical specifications and design aspects of project infrastructure and the engagement needs of stakeholders and communities.
