Our client, a leading Telecommunications construction and maintenance provider has recently won a new contract and is now looking for an experienced Land Access Office in Sydney.


The Land Access Officer will develop detailed access portfolio plans and work with stakeholders to implement the plans along with Private Land Access strategies and supporting policies.


Your responsibilities will include all Private Land Access activities across all premises types utilising the telecommunications act and where required, agreements with key stakeholders.

You'll also be responsible for completing pre-construction dependencies that do not cause a delay to the regions construction and installation activities.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previously experience working in a Land Access role
  • Previous experience in developing plans for complex environments in a crosssectorial delivery model.
  • Experience and knowledge of working with the Telecommunications Act 1997 and associated Low Impact Facilities Determination
  • Excellent interpersonal, research, written and oral communication skills and a strong interest in and appreciation of construction planning processes, requirements and issues.
  • 3 years + practical experience in a similar role within a construction, infrastructure or telecommunications organisation involved in land access for major projects.
