(MBE), the world's largest non-food franchise, is seeking a dedicated Digital Print Production Team Member to join our dynamic team at our Kent Street Centre in Sydney CBD.

  • Provide outstanding customer service, going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
  • Display meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing highquality output.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels, ensuring clear and concise interactions.
  • Prepare and set up files for printing, demonstrating your technical expertise.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Leverage your computer and design skills to enhance production processes.
  • Contribute to the shipping of domestic and international packages, ensuring efficient delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A track record of delivering fantastic customer service.
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Experience in digital print production or a similar role.
  • Graphic design abilities are a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new technologies and processes.
