We are seeking individuals to join our dynamic team for an upcoming stocktake. We need quick learners who enjoy teamwork and can also work independently when necessary.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Coffs Harbour Stocktake: 8th July - 21st July

Grafton Stocktake: 22nd July - 4th August

Suitable candidates should be available to work 30+ hours during these weeks and travel to Grafton for the stocktake.

About the role:

Join the Spotlight team in performing the annual stocktake. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scanning products independently for stocktake recording
  • Auditing and counting products for quality control
  • Maintaining store presentation standards pre and post counts
  • Collaborating within the team and effectively communicating with supervisors and colleagues

About you:

  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Efficient work pace
  • Strong numerical and technological skills
  • Effective communication with the internal team and customers

You will receive comprehensive training before the counting shifts and have the chance to apply your new knowledge daily on the shop floor. A positive attitude is crucial, and if you have previous retail or customer service experience, even better.

This position is a temporary contract, with potential for permanent employment for select candidates.
