Key Responsibilities:
  • Devise and execute engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create and curate compelling content (text, images, and videos) customized for our target audience.
  • Manage and expand our online community by engaging with followers, addressing inquiries, and fostering connections.
  • Organize and run paid social media advertising initiatives.
  • Track and evaluate social media performance through analytics tools, offering valuable insights.
  • Leverage CRM tools such as HubSpot to oversee and enhance social media campaigns.
  • Plan and oversee posts using platforms like Hootsuite.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand coherence and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and effective strategies in social media marketing.
Specific Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar capacity (1-2 years).
  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a talent for crafting engaging content.
  • Experience in paid social media advertising and social advertising tactics.
  • Competence in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret social media metrics and provide insights.
  • Capability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Preferably hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
