What You Will Be Doing
The CATT Operational Manager works closely with the CATT Clinical Manager (RPN5) to lead and coordinate quality improvement and accreditation, incorporating implementing standards, to coordinate client flow and maintain and evaluate specialist programs within the CATT service.
The Operational Manager provides leadership to and is responsible for the accountability for the overall operation and clinical management including budget, targets and key performance indicators for CATT.
The Operational Manager is responsible for all human resources within the CATT.What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration
RPN ONLY:
Post graduate qualification in Mental Health or specialist undergraduate Mental Health program
- Minimum of 5 years varied experience in Senior Positions within the mental health field in both acute and community mental health settings.
- Demonstrated significant problemsolving skills that require considerable understanding and interpretation of facility and departmental policy.
- Vast clinical experience and knowledge in Community Mental Health settings.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain clinical programs
