Our New Machines Mining Team in Guildford is on the lookout for their next Material Logistics Coordinator to be part of their crew

In this dynamic position, you will have a vital role in backing our team by supervising the procurement of all essential parts and materials for work orders as soon as the fitting order is released. You will hasten the procurement of approved goods, making sure of prompt delivery, and carefully managing the quarantine process for items critical to new machine assemblies.

Location: South Guildford

Roster: 5/2 10.5 hours (Full-Time)

Requirements for success include:

  • Prior experience in a Parts Interpreter role is beneficial
  • Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret mechanical and technical information
  • Strong communication skills encompassing written, verbal, and interpersonal aspects
  • Basic grasp of financial principles (e.g., budgeting, forecasting)
  • Proficiency in computer literacy - MS Office, web-based applications
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills for efficient issue resolution in the workplace
  • Advanced time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Capability to work effectively within a team and independently
