About the role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager this role will see you safely and efficiently supervise the day-to-day planning of GrainCorp Foods and Oilseeds within budgeted costs, legislative compliance and food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities of this role include;

  • Demonstrated commitment to Saftey, Health and Environment
  • Customer Service.
  • Team building and leadership.
  • Reporting on logistics performance measures.
  • Coordinating multiple providers across multiple sites.
  • Driving efficiency.
  • Working to deadlines, time management and prioritization of workloads.
  • Knowledge & understanding of internal/external customer needs, requirements and priorities.

Your experience
Our successful candidate will come to us with previous logistics and transport experience in a multi-site environment. Other key skills and experience we are looking for is;

  • Computer literacy with intermediate knowledge in Microsoft applications.
  • Self-motivated and can work autonomously as well as part of the team.
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Successful track record in managing customer/supplier relationships.
  • Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management skills, able to prioritise, meet deadlines whilst working under pressure.
