Our Exciting Opportunity:

In this role, you would:

  • Take the overall responsibility for Delivery of Cloud, Software and Services projects for a Customer and Prime responsible for the complete Program engagement
  • Support the KAM organization in presales opportunities for the customer
  • Check technical and business conformance of the project towards the Customers' requirements and validates the specifications
  • Build a solid Customer Relationship at Executive and Director Level
  • Develop teams in a multicultural environment
  • Ensure all projects are tightly planned, resourced, and can maintain profitability over time as changes arise
  • Manage the program by owning the monitoring and reporting of program related trends, capability development and performance against project plans and budgets
  • Develop a positive & productive culture and lead a multicultural team
  • Contribute to the development of a longterm strategy and plan for the business
  • Ensure the organization gets the tooling and develop the accurate skills to build a highperformance organization and to drive employee development and improve retention.
  • Significant experience within the Telco/Systems Integration Industry on driving IT and Network transformation programs or projects of high complexity
  • Have a consistent track record of successful Program and Project Management
  • Demonstrable record of accomplishments in leading System Integration Pre-Sales engagements.
  • People management experience, and prior experience in managing teams both direct and functional.
  • Domain knowledge and significant experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Core Networks, BSS and OSS
  • Excellent knowledge of customer landscape including their business and operational processes.
  • Demonstrated experience of working for a supplier towards major telecom operators
  • PMI professional certification such as PgMP or PMP is considered an advantage
  • Strong Financial skills with experience preparing financial reports and establishing financial controls for complex programs.
  • Excellent business and commercial acumen with a focus on optimization and improvement of the bottom line
