Our team manages key relationships with clients across the Property, Healthcare, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors, by providing those clients a full range of services including capital and financing solutions tailored to their needs.

Sitting within Future Cities and Networks Global Client Solutions team, you will have direct exposure to large ASX listed companies, together with private equity and infrastructure fund owned portfolio companies, and have the opportunity to work closely with other product teams across Institutional Banking and Markets.


This high performing team works on a wide range of transactions that support the development of critical infrastructure and physical assets, essential to Australia's economy and well-being.

Your role will be focused on supporting Healthcare clients which encompasses a wide-range of business types including Primary Services, Aged Care, Hospital, Medical Product Distribution, Insurance and Health Property.


As an Associate you'll be supporting Senior Bankers across various aspects of client management and deal related activity including the preparation of pitch packs, financial modelling, completing annual credit reviews and client due diligence.


Do work that matters:

You will play a key role in providing client, transaction and operational support to Senior Bankers across the customer lifecycle, responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking detailed analysis of Business models in Excel, including conducting sensitivity analysis and articulating these findings in credit submissions.
  • Working as part of a Deal Team over the lifecycle of a deal to support and drive documentation, execution, establishment, settlement and inlife maintenance processes
  • Liaise with product partners, credit risk and other stakeholders as required
  • Inputting and maintaining client, credit and transaction data and collecting client information for 'KYC' reviews of existing and onboarding of new clients
  • Performing portfolio monitoring activates such as breach management and other reporting as well as liaise with credit risk where required

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Tertiary qualifications, with a preference for finance, business,, accounting or law degrees.
  • 13 years prior experience in Institutional Banking, Corporate Finance or professional services. _Previous exposure to the aforementioned sectors would be highly regarded. _
  • Experience in engaging and building client relationships, and leveraging internal relationships to deliver positive outcomes.
