The Role


We are seeking a Development Manager to join Retirement Living's flagship project in Victoria, Ardency Kennedy Place Richmond, which is part of the former GTV9 studios redevelopment.

The seniors' precinct development will comprise a 9 level, 116 independent living apartment building (retirement village) together with adjacent residential aged care and affordable housing.

This is Lendlease's first Ardency village in Victoria and will showcase what premium retirement living can be.

As the Development Manager you will be key to the delivery and execution stages of the project.

It is important you have an understanding of seniors living sector and operationalising assets and have the ability to manage built form delivery.

- Demonstrate confidence with formulating a design brief, including costing, design, master planning, planning and commercial performance of projects, coupled with the ability to achieve sign-offs- Responsible for developing, managing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, building networks and leveraging relationships to maximise opportunities- Leading the project team on site to achieve targets by safely and efficiently delivering the project, liaising with the community and local government, sales teams whilst optimising revenues and project KPI's

Your Background- Tertiary qualification in a property related field - Property Economics, Architecture, Engineering, Project/Construction Management- An experienced development manager who is enthusiastic and collaborative- Ability to critically analysis and understand project financials- Exceptional stakeholder management skills- Previous delivery experience with built form projects - Desirable
